Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a refund, items must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Include all original packaging and tags

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

What Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@jayolyny.com with:

• Your order number

• A short note on why you're returning the item
  We’ll reply with return instructions and next steps.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email update.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
(Heads up: your bank might take an extra 3–5 days to post it.)

Return Shipping
Return shipping is on you—unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Just return the item and place a new order—we don’t offer direct exchanges.
